Zsa Zsa Gabor hospitalized after surgery

LOS ANGELES - Hollywood legend Zsa Zsa Gabor underwent surgery to treat blood clotting on Friday and was resting comfortably after being rushed to a hospital earlier in the day following recent hip replacement surgery.

The Hungarian-born actress, who has been a fixture in Hollywood movies and on television for decades, was taken to the University of California Los Angeles medical center.

"She is resting and will be in the hospital for a few days, her publicist John Blanchette told Reuters.

Gabor, who has steadfastly refused to give her real age but is said to be well into her 90s, was partially paralyzed in a 2002 car accident. She fell out of bed on July 17, broke her hip and underwent surgery.

Her recovery has been difficult, and a speedy return home was delayed because of complications that followed the initial procedure. She returned to her Bel Air mansion on Wednesday, only to return to the hospital Friday with the blood clot.

The Oscar-winning actress and James — who divorced earlier this year following claims he cheated on Sandra with a string of different women — were snapped from behind as they walked into his West Coast Choppers offices in Long Beach, California on Monday, the day after The Blind Side star attended the taping of the 2010 Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles.

But don’t expect the former couple to get back together.

Leonardo DiCaprio attacker given restraining order

A Canadian woman accused of attacking Inception star Leonardo DiCaprio with a broken beer bottle in 2005 has been given a restraining order.

Aretha Wilson, 40, attacked the star at a private party in Hollywood, resulting in him needing about a dozen stitches to his face and neck.

After fleeing to Canada, Ms Wilson was extradited to Los Angeles to face a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

She was ordered to not to contact, or come within 500 yds (457m) of DiCaprio.

Ms Wilson is accused of sneaking into a party hosted by Paris Hilton's former boyfriend, Rick Salomon.

According to police, she mistook DiCaprio for an ex-boyfriend and attacked him with the bottle.

DiCaprio later filed a formal criminal complaint with authorities and a warrant was issued for Ms Wilson's arrest after she failed to report to a police station.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Hilleri G Merritt ordered Ms Wilson back to court on 11 August, where she will face the charges.

The judge also raised her bail from $60,000 (£38,000) to $150,000 (£95,000) stating concern about her "willingness and ability to come back to court".

The prosecutor said Ms Wilson was on probation for a previous offence in Canada at the time of the attack.
